Most of our clients are in the UK, Europe and the US. We’re in Indonesia, at UTC+7. When a new client hears that, the first question is usually how we’ll ever find time to talk. The honest answer is that we rarely need to, and the gap ends up working in your favour.
The Overnight Hand-Off
You review the latest result at the end of your day and leave a few notes. We pick them up when our morning starts, which is the middle of your night. By the time you open your laptop, the next result is waiting, with a short video that walks you through it.
That rhythm turns every working day into a full cycle of feedback and progress. Nobody waits on a reply, and nobody works late to catch a meeting.
What Makes It Work
- Written feedback that stands on its own: what you like, what to change, and why.
- One shared board for requests, so priorities are never lost in an inbox.
- Short Loom walkthroughs instead of status calls.
- A clear cut-off time for feedback, so we know what to pick up next.
When We Do Meet
Some conversations are better live: kick-off, a big direction change, or a tricky stakeholder review. For those we keep an overlap window early in your morning or late in your afternoon. For UK and European teams, that usually falls between 08:00 and 10:00 your time.
The aim isn’t to be available every hour. It’s to make sure every day ends with progress you can see.
Is It Right for Your Team?
If your team is comfortable giving feedback in writing, the time difference becomes an advantage within the first week. If you prefer to sit together and work things out live, tell us on the intro call and we’ll plan more overlap time from the start.
